The Front Office Manager is a key role that requires exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. As the first point of contact for visitors, this individual will make a positive impression and set the tone for a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate front office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.">
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, responding to inquiries and handling phone calls in a professional manner.">
• Manage meeting room bookings, update records, and maintain databases according to established systems and processes.">
• Handle mail, stationery, and office supplies, as well as coordinate weekly grocery deliveries and other operational support tasks as required.">
• Support building facilities by coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with relevant parties as needed.

Requirements:
">• Previous experience as a front office manager or receptionist, with excellent people skills and customer service abilities.">
• Strong organizational and proactive approach, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively.">
• Proficiency in MS Office products and databases, with a willingness to support the business and colleagues.
