ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Front Office Manager to join our team to be the first point of contact and a positive first impression for those arriving onsite at our BAI head office.  If you are someone with strong people and customer service skills, are a force to be reckoned with when it comes to being organised and proactive, and who reflects the inclusive and collaborative culture that BAI prides itself in – then apply now  

In our state-of-the-art offices in North Sydney you will be responsible for managing, organising and coordinating all front office operational duties in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency, acting as a principal point of contact to guests while answering and screening phone calls and taking enquiries.

Administrative and clerical support includes managing meeting room bookings for our head office, update and maintaining records and databases while complying with administrative systems and processes to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible. This also includes managing the mail, stationery and office supplies, weekly grocery deliveries and any additional operations support as required.

In this role you will also be supporting building facilities, coordinating maintenance requests and will liaise with relevant tradespeople, building management and building security as required.  

We are open to considering full time or part time job share options.

ABOUT YOU
Big personality or a quiet achiever; we want you to bring your authentic self to this role. With prior experience as a front office manager or receptionist, you will be great with people and building connections; have strong customer service skills and an excellent ability to coordinate and prioritise. You will be comfortable working with MS Office products and databases, and have a willingness to support the business and our people.

Role commences 1st October 2025. We are open to full-time or part-time options.
