Overview

Front Office Manager - 10 Month FTC (Full-time or Part-Time) at BAI Communications. The role is a 10-month contract based at our North Sydney head office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and a positive first impression for those arriving onsite.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, organise and coordinate all front office operational duties to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Act as the principal point of contact for guests, answer and screen phone calls, and handle enquiries.
  • Manage meeting room bookings for the head office; update and maintain records and databases in line with administrative systems and processes.
  • Handle mail, stationery and office supplies; weekly grocery deliveries; and other operations support as required.
  • Support building facilities by coordinating maintenance requests; liaise with tradespeople, building management and building security as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a front office manager or receptionist; excellent people skills and customer service.
  • Strong organisational and proactive approach; able to coordinate and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office products and databases; willing to support the business and colleagues.

  • Start date: 1 October 2025. Open to full-time or part-time job share options.
