  • We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older members of our community by providing them with the support and care they need to maintain their independence.
  • As a Home Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide home help services to our clients, including general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and social support. You will also be responsible for transporting clients to lifestyle activities and providing respite care for their families.
  • Your day-to-day tasks may vary depending on the needs of your clients, but your goal will always be to deliver high-quality care and support that enables them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You will need to have a valid Australian Driver's Licence and own an insured, roadworthy vehicle.
  • A background in community care or aged care is preferred but not essential. What is important is your passion for delivering excellent care and your ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
  • You should be comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask for help when needed.
