We are seeking a dedicated Home and Community Care Support Specialist to provide care services to individuals in their homes and communities.

Job Classification : Home and Community Care

Job Type : Casual

Location : East Maitland NSW

Start Date : Immediate Start

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Providing personal care support to clients with tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Offering companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assisting with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and social events

Requirements :

  • Australian Drivers License
  • Police check
  • Working with children check

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Empathy and understanding for others
  • Reliability and punctuality
