Home Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing personal care services, such as:

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing medication management and administration
  • Supporting clients with mobility and therapy goals
  • Offering social and emotional support to help maintain mental wellbeing

You will also be assisting clients with home help services, including:

  • General housekeeping and laundry
  • Meal preparation and grocery shopping
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 months experience in a similar professional role
  • An Open class Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
