Support Professional - In-Home Care Specialist

About the Role:
  • Deliver personalized support to clients in their own homes and community settings.
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as grooming, toileting, meal preparation, medication management, and household duties.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, respecting client preferences and privacy.
  • Accurately follow individualized support and health plans.
  • Report any concerns or changes in client condition promptly.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months' experience or relevant certification (e.g., Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Home & Community, Disability).
  • Experience working in in-home or community care environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to establish professional boundaries.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid Certification, Driver's License, and access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
