Community Care Specialist

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Community Support Workers. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients by assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to clients with day-to-day tasks, including cleaning, tidying, washing and other tasks within their care plan
  • Transport clients to appointments and shopping
  • Meal preparation and social support or respite for family/carers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to older Australians in the community
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
  • Reliable team player with an understanding of workplace health and safety
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support highly regarded (but not essential)
  • An Australian driver's licence and access to a registered motor vehicle (essential)
