Job Title: Home Support Specialist

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Support Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to clients in their own homes.

The role requires the ability to provide personal care, including assistance with daily living activities, domestic care, such as housekeeping and meal preparation, social support and companionship, and chaperone services.

Requirements:
  • Experience supporting clients in an aged care setting is highly regarded
  • Availability during weekdays and weekends is essential
  • A Covid-19 vaccination is recommended but not mandatory
  • Ability to start immediately is preferred
  • Reliability and consistency are crucial
  • Own vehicle with full comprehensive insurance is necessary
  • Previous experience working with hoists/transfer equipment is advantageous
  • Experience supporting clients with complex needs is desirable
  • Experience in bowel care is beneficial
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification is required
  • First aid certificate is essential
