Home Care Support Specialist

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
">Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a patient demeanor. They will work closely with clients to develop personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care assistance to clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
- Support clients with medication management and scheduling appointments
- Engage in recreational activities with clients to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in caregiving or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
