Educational Specialist - Innovative Learning Experience

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Educational Specialist in the Innovative Learning Experience program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality learning experiences that cater to the individual needs of students with complex mental health or chronic health conditions.

The role requires flexibility, creativity, and a solution-focused approach, as this is a new initiative that is quickly evolving. You will need to be highly capable at using digital platforms to deliver both synchronous and asynchronous learning. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative education models that meet the unique needs of each learner.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences through digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with a small team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Develop effective communication strategies to engage with students, staff, and parents.

Requirements:

  • A relevant teaching qualification and experience in education.
  • Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration as a teacher in Queensland.
  • An exemption card issued by Blue Card Services (for teachers working in Education and Care Services).
  • Two professional references that demonstrate your expertise and commitment to education.
