Drive Business Growth as a Virtual Banking Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious Virtual Banking Specialist to join our state-based team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving growth across our business customer base by delivering tailored financial solutions that meet the real needs of entrepreneurs.

Your Role:

  • Engage with new and existing customers to identify their financial and merchant needs.
  • Work closely with our branch network and small business bankers to provide innovative solutions that make a genuine difference.
  • Be a trusted advisor and solutions expert, helping businesses access ways to manage their finances effectively.
  • Partner with our branches, visiting locations across your state to support, educate and build advocacy around banking offerings.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in a customer-centric company or role.
  • Preferred experience in transaction banking & payments sales.
  • Understanding of the needs and opportunities for our small to medium businesses customers, including challenges, trends and the competitive and regulatory environment.
  • Experience as a Customer Care Consumer Banker or retail Personal.
