As a key member of our Hospital in the Home team, you will have the unique opportunity to deliver acute medical care in a patient's home environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality medical care for patients admitted to the Hospital in the Home programme, adhering to normal procedures and policies.
  • Identify suitable patients, obtain informed consent, admit patients, round on them regularly, and discharge them appropriately.
  • Contribute to a working environment that supports quality human resource management practices, including employment equity, anti-discrimination, workplace health and safety, and ethical behaviour.
