The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional with strong organisational, stakeholder management and writing skills to drive the right behaviours and create a positive risk culture through learning, resources and employee understanding of improved systems and processes.
As a specialist in this role, you will be responsible for driving engagement and increasing employee's general understanding of improved systems and processes.
To succeed, you will have outstanding communication and presentation skills, a passion for employee engagement, resourcefulness and experience in delivering cross-functional projects in complex and ambiguous environments.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the development and delivery of a Capability Framework and Risk Culture Program
- Facilitate uptake of learning and capability offerings
- Investigate training requirements and develop Training Needs Analyses
- Drive engagement with and understanding of Risk brand
- Ongoing channel management and maintenance
- Partner with project teams to manage a calendar of engagement opportunities
- Support project updates and status reports at the required level of quality
- Advocate for the employee and customer perspective in line with our values
