Job Title: Strategic Risk Culture LeaderAbout the Role:

The Strategic Risk Culture Leader will play a pivotal role in embedding a robust risk culture across the organisation, enhancing risk awareness and capability.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and visionary leader to drive a proactive and accountable risk culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to embed risk thinking into everyday business decisions and strategic planning
  • Establish frameworks and metrics to assess risk culture maturity and identify opportunities for growth
  • Drive alignment with regulatory requirements, supporting governance and contributing to risk-related reporting
  • Champion collaboration across teams to embed consistent messaging and shared responsibility for risk management
  • Influence key stakeholders and lead change initiatives that foster openness, resilience, and continuous improvement in risk practices
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging feedback and trends to evolve the approach to risk capability
About You:

You are an experienced leader with a strong background in risk, compliance, or internal audit. You have developed and embedded risk culture frameworks and 3LOD capability programs, supported by relevant tertiary and postgraduate qualifications in risk, compliance, or leadership.

Known for your ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive cultural change, you bring strategic insight, credibility, and a passion for fostering a resilient, learning-oriented organisation.
