We are seeking a dynamic Culture and Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for our employees.

About the Role

This challenging position involves being the primary point of contact for all employee matters, ensuring our people feel supported and valued throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive work culture.
  • Engage with employees to gather feedback, concerns, and insights into their experiences.
  • Collaborate with our Production Manager to address immediate issues and plan Safety Committee Meetings.
  • Create engaging training content on topics like safety procedures and bullying prevention.
  • Provide HR-related support to production operators, including maternity leave and benefits.
  • Coordinate first aid training and schedule refresher courses for our on-site providers.

Your days will be filled with variety and purpose, as you make a tangible impact on our team's well-being and performance.

You'll Also Be Involved In
  • Supporting recruitment efforts for production and warehouse roles.
  • Maintaining accurate HR systems, working closely with IT when needed.
  • Completing reports and providing valuable insights to inform our decision-making process.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or distribution environments.
  • A degree in Human Resources or OH&S is highly desirable.
