As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation of our risk culture methodology and driving aligned cultural initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver against a well-established risk culture assessment and reporting program;
  • Providing executive presence at senior-level meetings and presenting findings to divisional risk committees and boards;
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and oversee the delivery of risk culture assessments and awareness programs.

For this position, we seek an individual with:

  • Proven experience in behavioural risk/risk culture within the financial services or consulting sectors;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present complex information effectively;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality reports and projects to tight deadlines;
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, social sciences, or related disciplines; and
  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to challenge assumptions and drive meaningful change.
