About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team in our South Melbourne office. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our CRM system accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other software applications.
