About the Opportunity:
- Drive growth and protect existing business relationships with senior executives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to co-develop strategic initiatives.

- Oversight of commercial processes including deal structuring, offer modelling, proposal development, and negotiations to deliver strong business outcomes.
- Rebate agreements, pricing frameworks, and long-term contracts management to maximise account value and simplify the customer experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, creating alignment between customer priorities and business objectives.
About You:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required (postgraduate qualifications are advantageous).
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic, corporate, or enterprise account management preferably within medical devices, capital equipment, healthcare, or consulting.
- Demonstrated success in navigating complex sales processes, structuring commercial deals, and negotiating long-term contracts.
- Proven experience in sales or commercial leadership, ownership of complex accounts, driving strategic initiatives, or working cross-functionally to deliver growth.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to conduct detailed pricing, cost analysis, and deal modelling.
- Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency across the MS Office suite for analysis, reporting, and presentation.
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian private healthcare landscape, including hospital buying groups, private health insurers, and procurement processes.
- Confident communication with exceptional presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of influencing at executive levels.
- Highly organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities across a dynamic, multi-state territory.
- A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset; resilient, flexible, and solutions-focused, with a bias toward action.
