
Strategic Leader for Organisational Growth

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the leadership and mission of a respected organisation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the strategic direction of the organisation
- Ensure effective governance and oversight
- Support the performance and development of senior leaders
- Contribute to the formulation and approval of strategic plans
- Review and approve business plans and budgets
- Develop Board and organisational policies
- Engage with stakeholders and build relationships on behalf of the organisation
- Identify skills required by the Board and potential candidates for Board positions
Requirements:
- Attend approximately 11 Board meetings and other special meetings per year
- Participate in relevant learning and development opportunities
- Some travel may be required
- Regular conference calls for management, financial reporting, and compliance issues
- Two residentials (1-2 nights, 2 days) per year for Board site visits and strategy meetings
Director Remuneration:
- Remunerated to attract and retain qualified directors and committee members
- Base fee includes expected involvement in a minimum of one committee
