Senior Customer Experience Leader

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior-level customer leader to join our team and take our Customer Care function to the next level. As a key member of our e-Commerce team, you will be responsible for refining and improving existing processes, developing scalable solutions, and providing exceptional levels of customer service in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities- Take full ownership and accountability for the Customer Care function, both pre and post customer purchase and full end-to-end warranty support for an ever-expanding range of products and services.
- Refine and improve existing processes and develop scalable solutions to provide exceptional levels of customer service in a high-growth environment.
- Oversee the training and leadership of a large team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Proven experience in a senior customer leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
