About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to customers, ensuring their irrigation systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
">- Provide remote technical support to both internal and external customers, distributors and field personnel.
- Participate in the 24/7 support program.
- Configure hardware for irrigation applications.
- Support the development and implementation of revenue-generating services such as Service Contracts, Data Plans, Weather Station Plans, audits and spare parts sales.
- Liaise with international support teams.
- Log, track and follow-up on product and technical issues.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Engineering or Agronomy, or equivalent experience.
- No less than five years' relevant experience in technical support.
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
