About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical assistance to our customers across various technologies.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues, respond to client support tickets, log incidents and service requests in our ITSM tool, escalate issues to 3rd Level support teams or 3rd Party vendors when necessary, and perform administrative tasks such as Active Directory, O365/Exchange etc.

  • Scope of Role:

    Provide 1st and 2nd Level support to our customers, troubleshoot hardware and software related issues, assist with customer walk-ups, configure hardware and software, maintain and manage customer assets, warranty and hardware returns.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    Assist with customer walk-ins, floor walks, configure hardware and software, maintain and manage customer assets, warranty and hardware returns.

  • Requirements:

    Strong technical troubleshooting skills, organisational, communication, and attention to detail skills. Experience in Microsoft Server (2003-2016) and Azure AD including Active Directory, Group Policy, Powershell scripting, Sites/Services, DHCP, File/Print, DFS, Replication, Storage, WSUS etc. Experience in installing PC, Monitors, Software and Network Printers, SOE, workstation and patch management via Kaseya, SCCM and Intune.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong focus on customer service and a broad set of technical skills. You must be flexible and adaptable as you will be operating at both the Service Desk and Onsite at our customer premise.

Experience in Managed Services Environment, Service Desk environment, Onsite customer support, Desktop Management capacity, Certifications desired (CCNA, CWNA, MCSA, MCSE or equivalent).
