We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to provide support and education in deploying and maintaining clients' computer infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, contributing to clients' engineering and product development success.
Main Responsibilities- Responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Computer-Aided Design/Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software and hardware.
- Supporting clients with PLM solutions to ensure minimal disruption.
- Assessing software and hardware requirements to provide effective solutions.
- Diagnosing and resolving system problems and user-reported issues.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining PLM system infrastructure such as Teamcenter.
- Developing user training sessions and creating technical documentation.
- Collaborating with users and engineers to resolve complex issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in PLM support, especially with Siemens Teamcenter.
- Proficiency in CAD software, including Solid Edge, NX, and Rhino.
- Knowledge of PLM modules like Requirement Management, Change Management, BOM Management, and MCAD Integration.
- Technical skills in TCL, VB.NET, HTML.
