Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the support team, you will provide essential assistance and guidance in the deployment and maintenance of clients' computer infrastructure.

In this role, you will diagnose and resolve technical problems, directly contributing to clients' engineering and product development success. You will respond to inquiries and provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for software and hardware problems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Diagnose and resolve system problems and user-reported issues related to software functionality, data access, and workflows.
  • Determine software and hardware requirements to provide effective solutions to client issues.
  • Install, download, and configure PLM system infrastructure, including applications like Teamcenter and its integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience in PLM software support, specifically with Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software, including Solid Edge, NX, and Rhino.
