Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will work closely with experienced technology leaders to provide top-notch customer service and support.
Main Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot technical issues by identifying root causes, collecting detailed problem descriptions, and replicating the issue for accurate analysis.
- Communicate progress with clients while ensuring all related records are updated in our CRM system for seamless tracking.
- Collaborate daily with developers and peers to achieve collective goals.
- Share best practices for utilizing and deploying software products to maximize customer value through effective solutions.
- Meet support KPI targets and SLAs to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Japanese is an asset.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a technical client-facing role.
- General software troubleshooting skills, including logical problem-solving techniques.
- Familiarity with client-server architecture and its applications.
- Experience working with and troubleshooting web-based applications for efficient resolution.
- Ability to communicate complex technical instructions clearly to people with limited experience for successful knowledge transfer.
