Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team based in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that will support business processes and improve efficiency within our organisation.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications, including custom scripts, workflows, reports, and integrations;
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture team, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality and innovative ServiceNow solutions;
- Participating proactively in agile ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, story grooming sessions, and team retrospectives;
- Managing ServiceNow instances, including user administration, security configuration, and system upgrades;
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues;
- Integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration technologies;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A ServiceNow System Administration certification and/or ServiceNow Application Development certification;
- Substantial experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or ServiceNow Developer, configuring core ServiceNow products like ITSM, ITOM, and SAM;
- A strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, components, and best practices, as well as experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies;
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integration technologies and DevOps practices, coupled with experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools;
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and foster effective strategic relationships with people at all levels both internally and externally;
This is a permanent full-time position, offering a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and benefits.
