This role requires a deep understanding of business and technical challenges addressed by ServiceNow solutions, including regulations, business drivers, evolving needs, and security considerations. You will collaborate closely with C-suite executives, conduct customer interviews, and support sales teams in qualifying enterprise customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow solutions and their applications in various industries, particularly in financial services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations for prospects and customers, onsite or via video conference.
- Provide mentorship and training to colleagues, sharing your expertise and best practices in solution consulting.
- Stay up-to-date on product releases and competitive analyses to effectively position ServiceNow solutions.
- Represent ServiceNow as a subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales, preferably in a Solution Consulting or Pre-Sales Engineering capacity.
- A strong background in selling to large enterprises (5,000+ employees) and financial services organizations, such as banks, insurance companies, or wealth/asset management firms.
- Expertise in one or more areas, including IT Service Management (ITSM), Financial Management (FM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), DevOps or Agile, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations, or IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and IT frameworks, as well as a proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
