Senior Demand Planning Specialist

Se busca un especialista en planificación de demanda senior para unir nuestro equipo dinámico. En este rol, jugarás un papel crucial para garantizar el flujo óptimo de nuestros productos desde la fabricación hasta nuestros clientes valorados, contribuyendo directamente al éxito de marcas como La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Vichy y SkinCeuticals.
Sobre el cargo
- Desarrollar y mantener previsiones estadísticas robustas para un portafolio de productos dentro de la División de Belleza Dermatológica.
- Colaborar estrechamente con las áreas de Ventas, Marketing y Finanzas para integrar inteligencia de mercado, actividades promocionales y lanzamientos de nuevos productos en el plan de demanda.
- Análizar datos históricos, tendencias y dinámicas del mercado para identificar riesgos y oportunidades, recomendar ajustes para optimizar la precisión de la previsión.
- Identificar y evaluar proactivamente riesgos y oportunidades para el plan de demanda e implementar estrategias de mitigación.
Planificación de suministro:
- Pagar un importante papel en la colaboración con nuestras instalaciones de fabricación global y equipos logísticos para asegurar una producción y entrega oportuna y a costo eficaz de los productos.
- Analizar niveles de inventario, plazos de entrega y restricciones de capacidad para desarrollar y ejecutar un plan de suministro sólido que satisfaga la demanda mientras se optimizan los niveles de inventario y costos.
- Identificar y mitigar potenciales riesgos de la cadena de suministro, incluidas escaseces de materiales, retrasos en la producción y interrupciones de transporte.
- Colaborar con socios funcionales cruzados para desarrollar y implementar soluciones que mejoren la eficiencia y la respuesta de la cadena de suministro.
Colaboración y comunicación:
- Actuar como punto de contacto principal para todas las consultas relacionadas con demanda y suministro provenientes de partes interesadas internas.
- Establecer fuertes relaciones colaborativas con socios funcionales cruzados, fomentando una cultura de propiedad compartida y responsabilidad.
- Liderar reuniones de revisión mensuales de demanda, presentar rendimiento de previsión, conclusiones e iniciativas de acción ante la gerencia senior.
- Comunicar de manera proactiva potenciales interrupciones o riesgos en la cadena de suministro y proponer soluciones para mitigar sus impactos.
Análisis de desempeño y informes:
- Seguir y analizar indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) relacionados con la precisión de previsión, niveles de inventario e cumplimiento total.
- Preparar y presentar informes regulares ante la gerencia, destacando tendencias clave, riesgos y oportunidades dentro de los procesos de planificación de demanda y suministro.
- Identificar áreas para mejoras continuas y liderar iniciativas para optimizar los procesos de planificación y herramientas.
