Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business to deliver sound financial advice that aligns with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Provide monthly variance analysis and financial reporting across programs and overheads, ensuring timely and accurate information for informed decision-making.
  • Compile and review budgets/forecasts using actual performance data, previous budget figures and other relevant metrics.
  • Coordinate multiple financial cost analysis functions, including cost allocation, setting up cost control systems, collecting data, controlling costs and preparing reports that maintain the Company's cost accounting system.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field, coupled with demonstrable finance experience (2-4 years) from a project-based, complex business environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with systems such as CostPoint or similar complex ERPs.
  • Knowledge of financial management, reporting and governance, with a focus on cost control and analysis.
  • Ability to understand financial concepts, identify issues and develop relationships to achieve business objectives.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with a hybrid working arrangement that balances flexibility and collaboration.
