About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Workplace Relations Specialist to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. As a key member of our operational business, you will provide expert advice and support on Employee Relations and Workplace Relations matters.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enterprise agreement negotiations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with our Group Workplace Relations Manager to develop change management and risk mitigation plans, as well as uplift workplace relations capability within the business.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyse industrial instruments to inform negotiation strategies
- Participate in negotiation processes, including research and communication planning
- Develop and implement change management and risk mitigation plans
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, including HR, managers, and union representatives
- Support investigations, disciplinary matters, and disputes
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of employment-related matters, with experience in providing advice and influencing outcomes. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage competing demands and priorities.
