The Role


We are working with a top FMCG manufacturing company to find a talented Demand Planner who will play a key role in driving business growth and improving supply chain efficiency.


Your Key Responsibilities


As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for analysing sales trends, market data, and historical performance to develop accurate demand forecasts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align forecasts with business objectives, monitor and adjust forecasts based on market changes, promotional activities, and customer feedback.


You will also ensure inventory levels are optimised to meet demand while minimising costs and stock outs, identify risks and opportunities in the demand planning process and propose solutions, and generate reports and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.


The Ideal Candidate


We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with proven experience in demand planning, preferably in the FMCG sector. You will possess strong skills in data analysis, forecasting, and supply chain management, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.


Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced Excel skills will be essential, alongside excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and a results-driven mindset.

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
