About the Role

The Maintenance Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by providing support to site-based trades and assisting with non-mechanical maintenance and construction tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to site-based trades as required to complete reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
  • Relocate and dispose of hospital furnishings, including chairs, tables, beds, and equipment.
  • Safely operate machinery and tools, and assist with non-mechanical maintenance and construction tasks as needed.
  • Complete tasks within assigned time and budgetary constraints, escalating any matters that may compromise these constraints at the earliest opportunity.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess previous experience in a similar position and be competent in using various hand tools. Additionally, you must be physically fit and able to conduct manual handling tasks.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of AUD $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus employee benefits such as discounts on health insurance, banking, flights, and accommodation.
