Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Casual Service Centre Operator to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Service Centre Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our Australian customers, handling queries and complaints efficiently, and coordinating onsite maintenance and repairs.
This is a challenging role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be part of a tight-knit team that values diversity and is passionate about providing great customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with customer relationship management systems or similar, and possess effective time management skills. If you're a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Provide hotline technical support to partners and colleagues in the field
- Monitor systems and run diagnostics via a web-based portal
- Interact with technicians, colleagues, and partners visiting sites
- Analyse anomalies and take corrective actions
- Perform configurations and changes to the machines remotely online
- A passion for customer service
- Effective time management skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience with customer relationship management systems or similar
This Casual Service Centre Operator role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. Our Sydney office is located in St Leonards, and we offer a shift-based roster.
