The Performance and Reward Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic outcomes within the Performance and Reward function.

About The Role

  • This position requires a comprehensive approach to market survey reporting, pay range modeling, benefits management, and administrative support for cyclical HR activities.
  • Maintain rigorous governance over data and controls.

In this role, you will help solve complex problems by using your skills to:

  • Strategic Delivery: Collaborate with Performance and Reward managers to deliver strategic milestones effectively.
  • Support the development and implementation of pay range models that align with organisational goals and market trends.
  • Market Survey Reporting: Lead the execution of market surveys to gather relevant compensation and benefits data.
  • Analyse survey results and present findings to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with benefits providers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Manage contracts and negotiate terms with external partners to optimise value and performance.
  • Benefits Management: Oversee the administration and operation of benefits platforms to ensure accurate and timely delivery of employee benefits.
  • Implement changes and enhancements to benefits systems as required.
  • Administrative Support: Provide operational support for key cyclical activities including goal setting, talent review, performance review, merit review, feedback and incentive programs.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards in collaboration with HR and business partners.
  • Data Governance and Control: Design and maintain robust processes to uphold data integrity and governance within the Performance and Reward function.
  • Implement controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Process Design and Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and automation and drive initiatives to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness in delivery.
  • Develop documentation and training materials to facilitate process understanding and adherence.
