We are seeking a skilled and results-driven professional to take on the role of Performance and Reward Delivery Manager.

About the Role:

This critical position plays a pivotal part in driving the success of our Performance and Reward function by ensuring the effective delivery of strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Delivery: Collaborate with Performance and Reward managers to deliver strategic milestones efficiently, focusing on achievement and continuous improvement.
  • Pay Range Models: Support the development and implementation of pay range models that align with organisational goals and market trends, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
  • Market Survey Reporting: Lead the execution of market surveys to gather relevant compensation and benefits data, analyse survey results, and present findings to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Vendor Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with benefits providers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Benefits Management: Oversee the administration and operation of benefits platforms to ensure accurate and timely delivery of employee benefits.
  • Administrative Support: Provide operational support for key cyclical activities including goal setting, talent review, performance review, merit review, feedback and incentive programs.
