Job Title: Chief People Officer
About the RoleWe are seeking an accomplished and experienced Chief People Officer to join our Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading HR functions, with a strong understanding of organizational performance and development.
The Chief People Officer will provide strategic direction and leadership to our people management team, ensuring that we maintain a safe, inclusive and highly engaged workplace. This role is critical in enabling us to achieve our strategic objectives of growth, sustainability, reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities- Lead HR, Learning and Development, Health and Safety and Facilities teams.
- Anticipate and lead on challenges and opportunities that shape our strategic plan.
- Drive effective and efficient people management practices in a rapidly changing environment.
- Mitigate people-related risks to the organization.
This is a part-time role, 22.5 hours flexible over 3 days per week. Salary: £53,615 to £59,829 pro-rated for 22.5 hours per week.
