Job Title: Performance and Reward Delivery Manager

As a strategic leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of outcomes within the Performance and Reward function.

Your primary focus will be on achieving key milestones and driving efficiency in processes related to performance, remuneration, and benefits. This involves a comprehensive approach to market survey reporting, pay range modeling, benefits management, and administrative support for cyclical HR activities, all while maintaining rigorous governance over data and controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Delivery: Collaborate with Performance and Reward managers to deliver strategic milestones effectively within the domain of performance and reward.
  • Pay Range Modeling: Support the development and implementation of pay range models that align with organisational goals and market trends.
  • Market Survey Reporting: Lead the execution of market surveys to gather relevant compensation and benefits data.
  • Analysis and Insights: Analyse survey results and present findings to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact with benefits providers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Contract Negotiation: Manage contracts and negotiate terms with external partners to optimise value and performance.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration and operation of benefits platforms to ensure accurate and timely delivery of employee benefits.
  • Process Improvement: Implement changes and enhancements to benefits systems as required.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational support for key cyclical activities including goal setting, talent review, performance review, merit review, feedback, and incentive programs.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards in collaboration with HR and business partners.
  • Data Governance: Design and maintain robust processes to uphold data integrity and governance within the Performance and Reward function.
  • Compliance and Risk: Implement controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify areas for process enhancement and automation and drive initiatives to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness in delivery.
