Job Title: Performance and Reward Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Performance and Reward Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The Performance and Reward Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic outcomes within the Performance and Reward function. The position focuses on achieving key milestones and driving efficiency in processes related to the delivery of key performance, remuneration and benefits moments across an annual cycle.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving AI adoption and implementation throughout the reward lifecycle and technology uplift. You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in: Performance and Reward Workday Data Visualisation tools Technology Enhancement Remuneration Practices Data Analysis Artificial Intelligence

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an AI champion by leveraging artificial intelligence tools and methodologies to enhance HR processes and drive innovation
  • Perform as a change analyst to support organizational change initiatives and facilitate smooth transitions in processes and systems
  • Enhance delivery of Performance & Reward systems by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions
  • Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting to provide actionable insights for the P&C team
  • Implement automation strategies to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in People & Culture operations
