Job Title: Chief Wellbeing Officer

We are seeking an experienced wellbeing professional to join our organisational wellbeing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive wellbeing strategies across our organisation, promoting the health, safety and overall wellbeing of all employees.

This is a challenging opportunity for growth and development, with dedicated professional support and flexible work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and delivering systems and processes to improve employee wellbeing.
  • Engaging with managers and stakeholders to drive improvements in health, wellbeing and psychosocial performance.
  • Providing high-level support for wellbeing programs and interventions.
  • Offering expert advice on relevant legislation, policies and guidelines.

About You:

Tertiary qualifications in an allied health profession or relevant discipline are essential. Experience implementing wellbeing programs in a complex organisation and knowledge of psychosocial risk and workers compensation legislation are also required.
