You will also lead the coordination and execution of NSW and ACT market growth strategies, including identifying new market opportunities, overseeing market-facing activity, and tracking performance to ensure our regional strategic objectives are met.

The successful candidate will have a reputation in one of our growth areas (Energy, Water, or Defence) and a passion for technical and project delivery. They will be an excellent networker, influencer, team player, and facilitator who enjoys working with a diverse team.

We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a collaborative and supportive work environment.
