**About the Role:**

The Head of Growth will be responsible for driving customer and revenue growth through strategic business development, marketing, and partnerships. This visionary leader will create and manage growth opportunities by enhancing Avani's market awareness and reputation, opening doors to new business, and forging innovative partnerships that unlock new channels to market and capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop an integrated Growth strategy across business development, marketing, and partnerships, aligning with Avani's overall business objectives.* Manage the end-to-end Growth funnel, from lead generation to customer portfolio expansion opportunities, leveraging key relationships and guiding direct team members in defining and achieving priorities.* Bring customer, competitor, and market insights into the product development process through customer empathy, data-led experimentation, and market intelligence.* Create a framework for strategic partnerships that can be applied across the Avani business, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive relationships and opportunities with strategic partners including Data (e.g., Open Energy data), Distribution (channels to market), and Delivery (building connectivity and servicing).* Contribute to Avani's overall business strategy, priorities, and culture development, ensuring alignment with company values and goals. 

**KPIs:**

* Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from new contracts or upgrades* Customer satisfaction (NPS or similar)* Brand awareness and engagement as measured by database of marketing contacts, attendance at events/webinars, subscribers to blogs, and social interactions* Strategic partners engaged and performance of partnership KPIs

**What We're Looking For:**

A seasoned professional with commercial acumen and cross-functional leadership experience in a fast-moving technological environment. You will possess the ability to engage across the full scope of the business while having deep expertise in business development, marketing, and partnerships. A strong communicator with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and from diverse backgrounds, you will influence others through your track record, character, and passion. Self-motivated and driven to achieve results, you will thrive in environments where you have the opportunity to operate both at a strategic level and at a practical level.

**Estimated Salary:** $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards in Sydney, Australia.
