About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at JK Personnel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing a diverse range of financial functions to support the ongoing success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage fortnightly payroll, including PAYG and Superannuation requirements
  • Complete regulatory compliance requirements, such as BAS
  • Reconcile General Ledger, banking, and petty cash
  • Support the preparation and management of budgets
  • Perform basic ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar Bookkeeping or Finance Officer role
  • Strong planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Tertiary qualification in accounting or similar is advantageous, however not essential
  • Prior experience working within (or understanding of) the financial sector would be advantageous, however is not essential
