About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Leader to join our executive team at The Proven Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and financial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Implementation of a New Finance ERP System: As the subject matter expert, you will oversee the implementation of a new Finance ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
  • Prepare and Deliver Accurate Financial Reports: You will be responsible for preparing and delivering accurate and timely monthly financial accounts, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Manage Cash Flow, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting: You will oversee cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee Central Administrative Functions: You will be responsible for managing central administrative functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and banking, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Participate in Executive Management Team: As a key member of our executive team, you will contribute to strategic initiatives, providing financial expertise and guidance to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulatory Requirements: You will ensure compliance with ASIC, ATO, and other regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong control environment and minimizing risk.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • CPA/CA Qualification: A recognized accounting qualification, such as CPA or CA, with at least three years of practical experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Systems Savvy: Experience in leading ERP implementations, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of business operations, with the ability to drive strategic growth and financial success.
