Maritime Coastal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Coastal Engineer to join our National Maritime Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale multi-discipline maritime facilities for various industries, including defence, local government, state government, ports, and sustainability.
You will be supported by other disciplines across the organization and partners in delivering concept designs through construction phase support. Opportunities are also available to grow leadership and business development skills in project management and proposal tasks.
This role involves designing, evaluating, and reporting on ports, harbours, coastal works, and marine structures. You will leverage your experience with coastal modelling software (DELFT-3D, SWAN, MIKE) and work with local governments, port clients, and/or the Defence sector.
- Design of ports, harbours, coastal works, and marine structures
- Coastal modelling software experience (DELFT-3D, SWAN, MIKE)
- Working with local governments, port clients, and/or the Defence sector
- Australian design codes and guidelines familiarity
- Chartered Professional Engineer credentials working towards
