About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Quality Assurance Supervisor to report directly to the Quality Assurance Operations Manager within our Retail Ready Operations Australia function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing quality control processes and compliance to ensure our site meets all testing and verification requirements.

You will work closely with our Production Team to ensure compliance with the process control program through line monitoring and verification processes.

We are looking for an individual who is ready to take on this challenging role and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards.

About You and Your Skills
  • Experience working within a similar food manufacturing environment
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in food technology and related sciences
  • Experience working in a Meat and Poultry environment
  • A sound knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Change Management, HACCP and FSP
  • Proven leadership skills collaborating with team members and managers to deliver KPIs
  • Able to work at pace, lead change and promote a culture of continuous improvement

We offer a competitive salary package of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
