Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our production, operations, and daily activities. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of technical aspects and processes, as well as the ability to introduce positive changes and streamline processes to improve efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities

  • To drive continuous improvement of process and procedures
  • To set ambitious team goals with measurable targets
  • To foster positive collaboration and inclusiveness
  • To implement Lean Manufacturing/CI principles

Requirements

  • Cert III or IV in food processing
  • Previous experience in an FMCG/Short Shelf-life production environment
  • Excellent communication skills

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation and benefits.
