Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns and journeys to engage our readers and convert them into supporters.
  • Work closely with our CRM teams in the UK and US to understand global CRM strategy and best-practices, identifying opportunities to localise and drive growth.
  • Take ownership of ongoing CRM engagement and reader revenue activity, with a focus on building direct relationships and habits, minimising churn, and driving subscription growth.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in a CRM executive role, with a demonstrated understanding of core CRM principles such as segmentation, automation, and journey mapping.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and experience using Braze will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated interest in news and current affairs, with a strong understanding of the Guardian brand.
