We are seeking a highly ambitious Digital CRM Strategist to join our small but impactful team at ClearScore. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a vital role in helping us improve our users' financial well-being across Australia and New Zealand.

This role will focus on crafting compelling user journeys through the effective use of CRM systems. You will work closely with our CRM Manager to deliver seamless experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial growth.

Job Description

As a Digital CRM Strategist, your primary objective will be to develop and implement data-driven CRM strategies that drive user engagement and retention. Your expertise will be crucial in analysing performance metrics and designing experiments to optimise campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing or related field, with 1-2 years of experience in CRM strategy or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritise tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work that drives results.

What We Offer

Success Metrics

To measure your success as a Digital CRM Strategist, you will be evaluated on your ability to:

  • Learnt about ClearScore's operations and CRM system within three months.
  • Demonstrated strong accountability for trading and delivered significant CRM projects within six months.
  • Identified key opportunities in CRM and demonstrated ability to prioritise and focus on impactful initiatives within 12 months.
