Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the facilitation and delivery of internal and external training for our projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering project induction and onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration
- Coordinating training scheduling, booking, and facilitation for project personnel
- Collecting and analyzing training evaluation feedback from personnel for both internal and external training
- Providing expert guidance on training compliance, scheduling, and system management throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting the development and review of project-specific training documentation
- Assisting with scheduled training and compliance audits as required
- Collaborating with education providers and RTOs to design, develop, and implement apprenticeship and traineeship programs
- Ensuring accurate and timely data collection to support monthly and quarterly project compliance reporting
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 8 years of survey experience, preferably 10+ years on large civil/infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of 12d model, 12d field, and 12d Synergy
- Proven experience in managing multiple surveyors and field teams
- High-level understanding of Leica instrumentation TS15/16 and Leica/Trimble GNSS
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise works and work autonomously to deliver outcomes
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site
- Construction Induction Training (CIT/'White Card' and current Driver Licence
